Satya Sai Baba (1926 – 2011), spiritual leader from a small hamlet in the South Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. He conceived and implemented primary, secondary, college and university level institutions offering free world-class education with human values way back 1970s. He organized humanitarian efforts in bringing free drinking water to 100s of villages in South India addressing a burning issue for millions of people. Satya Sai Baba also established world-class super speciality hospitals in Bangalore and Puttaparthi which offer medical services such as heart by-pass to the needy, completely free of charge.
This song “Hari Bhajan Bina Sukha Shanthi Nahi” (Without Singing To The Lord There Is No Peace Or Happiness) was often sung by him towards the end of his discourses.
